Problem Brother DCP-165C.
I have done all safe procedure, from http://welcome.solutions.brother.com/
A. Checking for debris or paper scraps
B. Clean the encoder strip
there is still a message " init unable 50", that why?
Before the USB printer is connected to the cpu, lcd printers "100% Normal " I use to copy no problem, but when to print from the cpu is always a message as above.
